Presentation

Our journey through Peruvian cuisine begins at the San Pedro Market (Gate 1) with a tour of this historic market. We’ll sample some of Peru’s most exotic fruits, chocolates, and cheeses, as well as the famous Peruvian superfoods.

Discover the flavors of Peru in a hands-on and immersive culinary experience, set inside a charming traditional 1930s house located in the heart of Cusco.
Accompanied by a professional Peruvian chef, you will actively participate in every step of preparing some of our gastronomy’s most representative dishes, such as lomo saltado and papa a la huancaína. Additionally, you will learn to mix a classic pisco sour using fresh, selected fruits from a local market.
