Immerse yourself in Peruvian and vegan cuisine with this small-group cooking class in Cusco. Visit a traditional San Pedro market to shop and learn about ingredients. Afterwards, learn how to make 02 pisco cocktails and several vegan versions of classic dishes, including causa limeña, cebiche, and quinoa tamal.

Itinerary

The vegan Cooking Class with local Market Tour in Cusco starts in San Pedro Market, where you’ll have an introduction to a great and diverse of ingredients: Peru Super Foods. Then, we will take you to our beautiful Cooking-Studio, located in the center of Cusco, where you’ll have a “hands-on” class, where you’ll learn to prepare nutritious and healthy cocktails using our most representative ingredients (Pisco and fruits) under the guidance of our Professional Chef JESUS. You will learn how to prepare cebiche, causa limeña and quinua tamal, Plant based.

You will be able to prepare cocktails and Peruvian dishes at your parties in your home.

At the end of Class, we will send you the recipes.
