Before participating in our classes, please review the following terms and conditions carefully. By booking a class with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Payment

1.1. Booking Confirmation: To secure your spot in one of our classes, a full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and PayPal.

1.2. Payment Terms: All payments are processed securely. Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of payment, and you will receive an email confirmation with class details.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

2.1. Cancellation by You: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the class start time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class start time are non-refundable.

2.2. Cancellation by Us: Peruvian Cusco Flavors reserves the right to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, such as instructor illness or insufficient enrollment. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

3. Class Participation

3.1. Health and Safety: Participants are required to inform us of any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions that may affect their participation in the cooking class. We will do our best to accommodate special requests, but we cannot guarantee that all dietary needs can be met.

3.2. Dress Code: For safety and hygiene reasons, participants must wear appropriate clothing, including closed-toe shoes. Aprons and other necessary equipment will be provided.

3.3. Conduct: Participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow the instructor’s guidance at all times. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the class without a refund.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. Content Ownership: All recipes, course materials, and other content provided during the class are the intellectual property of Peruvian Cusco Flavors. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

5. Liability

5.1. Assumption of Risk: By participating in our cooking classes, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with cooking, including but not limited to burns, cuts, and allergic reactions.

5.2. Limitation of Liability: Peruvian Cusco Flavors will not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during the class, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

6. Privacy

6.1. Data Protection: We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any personal data collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of managing your booking and providing our services.

6.2. Photographs and Media: We may take photographs or video recordings during classes for promotional purposes. By participating in our classes, you consent to being photographed or recorded. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform us in advance.

7. Governing Law

7.1. Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Peru. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cusco, Peru.
